i had these two shades of lip color, which were dark, i din want to throw them , so i found out this method online  

take Vaseline, and melt it in a vessel along with the lip color (you can take depending on the color intensity you want)
and then put it back inside the pot!
i have even poured it into small cute jars i had to give a few friends of mine  (will post the pictures soon)
a perfect lip color balm.. 

p.s. let it dry for about 2-3 hours
